Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.

  • All fees or donations are due as agreed upon prior to services being rendered.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session, retreat, or service fee.

  • Once services have been delivered, all payments are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities & Acknowledgements 

By participating, Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Participation is voluntary, and Client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after any session, retreat, or gathering.

  • Client will disclose any relevant mental health or medical conditions that could affect participation.

  • Client understands that deep inner work may bring forth intense or unexpected emotions, memories, or physical responses, and agrees to seek additional professional support if needed.

After countless prayers, tears, shared laughter, breakthroughs, moments of remembrance, and heart awakenings within these walls, we gather for a sacred weekend of completion at the current Solunara Sanctuary.

Before Solunara enters its next evolution, we come together in deep gratitude... honoring the land that has held us, the community that has been woven here, and the profound transformations that have unfolded within this sacred space.

Together, we celebrate all that has been, bless all that is becoming, and honor the completion of this chapter with reverence and devotion.
